  Uncertia: The Unknown Quest (TUQ) Questions and Answers
  ==========================================================================

  Q: I have my com port locked at 19200 bps (or 38400 bps, etc.) Why does
      TUQ display a different baud rate on the status bar?

  A: TUQ only reports the TRUE baud rate of the caller on the status bar.
      It will use the locked baud rate, however, when communicating. If
      there is a problem, a symptom will be the user seeing nothing but
      garbage on his or her end of the connection.

  Q: I had TUQ working at one point, but all of a sudden it began telling
      me nothing but "Error Opening Port". How do I get it to run again?

  A: If TUQ is running and is suddenly terminated (like when a window
      crashes inside a multitasking environment), then it may not be able
      to open the port due to a continuing "open" state.

      To remedy the situation, simply turn off your computer (and modem,
      if it is external) and restart the entire system.
