Users who don't want to see gambling and alcohol ads will soon have the option to opt out. This feature will roll out first in the US for YouTube users. And in early 2021, it will expand to other Google products, as well as in other countries.
Blocking can be used in those countries where advertising of casinos and bookmakers is allowed. Users will need to make a note that they do not want to see such ads. But if they change their mind, they can return it.
However, according to a company representative, the rejection of advertising does not mean that it will not be completely. Thus, the user will only provide himself with smaller volumes, and if he goes to thematic sites, then the impressions will occur.
