Along with removing and adding chips, he used many different ways to cheat the casino. He also at one time worked as a casino dealer and deceived establishments by colluding with players.
It is worth noting that Dustin Marks was never caught cheating, unlike Charles Oakley. Having on hand records from surveillance cameras, the basketball player was initially wanted to be tried as a felony with a prison sentence of up to 6 years. But then everything turned out to be a minor violation. That's why he won't go to jail.
