The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation has filed a case against Google for illegally distributing contextual advertising for the Vulkan online casino in its own search engine. This is reported in the documentation of the antimonopoly service.
Google Inc. (USA), providing the AdWords service, and Google LLC, reselling advertising space in the Russian Federation, distribute advertisements for the Vulkan online casino in the Google search engine. Based on Part 2 of Art. 27, paragraph 2, part 1, art. 33, part 1, 2 art. 36 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" to initiate proceedings on the grounds of violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on advertising," the documentation says. At the same time, it is specified that Google Inc and Google LLC are recognized as persons participating in the case.
